1. What We Collect

When you use Agent Bandwidth products, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email address, and OAuth profile data provided when you sign in via Google or GitHub (managed by Clerk).
• Usage data — the queries you run, documents you generate, and actions you take within the app, stored to power your dashboard and history.
• Billing data — subscription status and payment processing, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number.
• Analytics — anonymous page view and event data via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the product is used.

2. How We Use It

• To authenticate your account and maintain session security.
• To store your application history, saved documents, and preferences.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, password resets) — no marketing without opt-in.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with essential service providers:

• Clerk — authentication and user management.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Neon — hosted PostgreSQL database.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• Anthropic — AI inference for content generation (no personal data is retained by Anthropic per their API policy).

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@agentbandwidth.com. Account deletion removes all personally identifiable information within 30 days.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used to understand aggregate usage — no cross-site tracking for advertising.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is managed by Clerk, which implements industry-standard security practices including JWKS-based JWT verification.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
