Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Agent Bandwidth ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Provide

Agent Bandwidth provides AI-powered tools including, but not limited to: job search assistance (JobVantage), health insurance appeal generation (ClaimPath), equity analysis (EquityIQ), meal planning (MealForge), subscription scanning (SubScan), and court preparation assistance (Court Support).

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

3. Free & Paid Tiers

Core features are free. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@agentbandwidth.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate spam, fraudulent applications, or misleading content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale.
Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use (e.g., bots).
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By submitting content, you grant Agent Bandwidth a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output. Always verify important information with a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Bandwidth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
